The Hon ble Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru speaking on the historic occasion of the launching of Jala Usha , India’s first home-built modern naval vessel. The Prime Minister exhorted India s youth to join the Navy and stated that the Government intended to develop Vizagapatam as a naval base.
